Overview

The iCare Stress Management program is an adaptation of the Coping with Caregiving program developed by Gallagher-Thompson et al that aims to teach a set of core coping skills for stress management to caregivers of individuals with memory problems. The goal of this program is to teach skills, provide tools and resources, in order to enhance the coping with caregiving and improve quality of life. iCare has been modified for delivery and management via the internet providing online training videos to help caregivers to overcome stressful situations in their caregiver role.
