Overview

Eleven-month specific multicomponent dual-modality exercise program targeted towards post-menopausal women with osteoporosis. This program aimed to improve strength, aerobic capacity, balance, and joint mobility. The exercises were performed on land and in the water (thermal water), alternating group and home-based exercise periods.
