Partners

Since 2001, the Canadian Best Practice Initative's success has been based upon partnerships among a variety of decision-makers, researchers and public health practitioners across the country. Leaders from the federal, provincial, territorial governments, chronic disease and health promotion alliances, public health organizations and non-government organizations continue to work together to ensure the Portal is relevant to the changing needs of users across Canada.
